October to March is the best time to visit. During this period weather conditions are favorable.
The temperature varies from 25 Degrees Celsius to 30 Degrees Celsius in Oct. In November it varies from 18 Degrees Celsius to 10 Degrees Celsius and in December and January it can go down 3 Degrees Celsius. February to March it can fluctuate between 14 Degrees to 25 Degrees.
Being to Jaipur in Rajasthan, during October to March, you can beat the heat as well as enjoy your vacation to the fullest.
By May the heat becomes absolutely unbearable. May onwards temarature can go upto 46 Degrees Celsius or even more. Majorly the climate of Jaipur is dry and hot. Monsoons too doesn't relief the dry city as we receive very low rainfall in Jaipur.

ReplyDeleteWould also like to know if we can go to amber fort at around 4pm, see the fort and watch the show in one go instead of the morning trip.
Would it be advisable to spend Holi in jaipur if we dont know anybody there?
Hi Shivendra,
DeleteFor Jaipur Itineraries, visit and read:

If I am not wrong Amber fort is open from 9:30a.m. till 4:30p.m. It takes atleast 1 to 2 hrs to see Amber. Plus 4Pm is highly hot at this point of time. The fort is mostly open so it could be really uncomfortable. Holi is fine in jaipur even if u dont know ppl. Mnay hotels organize holi for thr guests. Make sure to write to your and chk with them if they are making any arrangements for the same and then you can enjoy with fellow travellers.
